What You'll Do :

Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and systems issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Preventive Maintenance : Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Safety First : Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety procedures and addressing hazards promptly.

Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems maintenance, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.

Skills : Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of some or all of the following is a benefit, but not required :

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

HVAC / Refrigeration

Welding

Boilers

Electrical skills

Computer skills

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfort with walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.

Self-Starter : A proactive attitude with the drive to learn independently and take initiative.
