About the Unit

4 General Telemetry is a dynamic 41-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Our patients typically have conditions such as CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases, with an average length of stay of 7–10 days.

We maintain a 1 : 5 nurse-to-patient ratio and foster a strong culture of collaboration and shared decision-making through our Unit Shared Governance Committee . You’ll be supported by an ADT nurse , additional support staff, and a leadership team committed to your success.

Our unit is proud to have earned Center of Excellence awards , consistently achieves top patient experience scores , and celebrated a 2024 Team Engagement Score of 93% — a testament to our teamwork and positive culture.

What We're Looking For :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State / Compact required.
• One-year relevant experience, preferred.
