\nDescription of the role : \n

As a Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

\nResponsibilities : \n \n

  • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients

\n

  • Conduct therapy sessions to help patients achieve their physical goals

    • \n

  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques

    • \n

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

    • \n \nRequirements : \n \n

  • Valid physical therapy license in the state of Colorado

    • \n

  • Experience working with geriatric populations preferred

    • \n

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • \n

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    • \n \nBenefits : \n

    Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $42.50 per hour paid bi-weekly, health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
