POSITION SUMMARY :

We are currently looking for a Corporate Counsel to join us in a hybrid capacity based out of our Bellevue, WA office. This position will work closely with the Managing Director of Americas (based in U.S.), IHQ Chief Legal Counsel (based in Singapore / China) and head of back office as well as business operations (based in U.S.) to ensure that all company legal needs are met, by performing hands-on management of legal matters and providing strategic legal support.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Provide sole coverage of daily legal support for the Americas (with the U.S. region being primary).
• Provide professional and timely legal advice to various departments of the company on a variety of legal topics that relate to the IT services and products business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the company.
• Provide legal support for M&A projects where necessary.
• Provide legal support to any potential disputes where necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
