Position Title : Recruiter (Contract 6-12 months)

Rate of Pay : $40.00-$50.00 per hour DOE

Job Summary

The Contract Recruiter will play a key part in driving hiring success across the organization by partnering with business leaders to meet staffing objectives, sourcing top talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong collaboration skills and a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

This position is projected to last approximately 6-12 months.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition / postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring manager interview scheduling, and offer process for a variety of positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine targeted interview questions, including behavioral, situational, and role-specific technical questions, aligned with job requirements and competencies.
• Update, maintain and keep on track with the overall company hiring plan.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
