What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including :

• Competitive Base Salary and Industry-leading Commissions

Expected hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour + commissions.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Longer lease term : 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length

Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.

You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season!
