This position is responsible for creating member loyalty by providing exceptional service and deepening member relationships by cross-selling all products and services, and demonstrating digital and self-serve options.
Reports to : Branch Manager
Employment Type : Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-person
Salary Range : $26.47 - $33.09 an hour depending on experience
Bonus Target : 5% potential incentive of base pay
Working Hours : Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Principal Accountabilities
Maintain a high level of confidentiality relative to any information received directly or indirectly at all times.
Act as a lead in absence of branch manager by assisting and directing the workflow, act as a resource for staff and members to answer complex questions and or resolve non-routine problems that may arise. Perform teller cash audits, review and approve transaction exceptions.
Contribute to effective department and credit union operations by performing other related duties as assigned.
