Seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Account Representatives to support healthcare collections team. This role involves working with patients to resolve outstanding medical balances in a respectful, compliant, and empathetic manner. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and patient financial services.

• After successful completion of training, employees may work from home and are required to use video conferencing tools throughout their shift.

Monday - Friday

Training : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Post Training work schedule : 10am-7pm
