ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Dallas, Texas.

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

  • Must be charge capable with charge nurse experience

    • \n

  • Work weekend shifts every other weekend

    • \n

  • 36 guaranteed hours per week

    • \n

  • 13-week assignment length

    • \n

  • Call requirements : Yes

    • \n

  • 2+ years of nursing experience required

    • \n

  • 2+ years of specialty experience required

    • \n

  • Work with MEDITECH documentation system (MEDITECH experience preferred)

    • \n

  • Floating as needed to other units

    • \n

  • Required certifications : NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

    • \n

  • Active RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)

    • \n

  • Dress code : Royal blue scrubs required

    • \n

  • Nail policy : Clean and healthy nails only, no artificial nails, gel, or extensions

    • \n

  • Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors, pulled back if shoulder length or longer

    • \n

  • Body art should be covered whenever possible

    • \n

  • Visible piercings other than ears prohibited

    • \n

  • Must follow company-wide attendance policy
