CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Administrator to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency.

Base pay range
$70,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- As a Relativity Administrator Analyst, you will work among a high-performing and collaborative team in supporting a government instance of Relativity
- Provide strong eDiscovery background, understanding of eDiscovery methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional technical and legal teams
- Communicate clearly and effectively to executive, business, technical, and client audiences; be solution- and action-oriented
- Establish an effective client service approach to deliver on project goals with limited supervision
- Support a government instance of Relativity, delivering excellent customer service and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, process, and deliver collections, review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools
- Assist in scheduling customer deliverables through the internal workflow system
- Provide swift and accurate responses to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets
- Leverage Relativity expertise to provide training related to case functionality, document review and tagging, database administration, troubleshooting, and workflow solutions
- Deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables through established processes, procedures, and best practices
- Contribute to development of new processes and technology enhancements to promote efficiency
- Document processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control
- Serve as a key stakeholder in technical project documentation
- Foster collaborative relationships with co-workers and team members
- Develop partnerships with clients and support Leidos team leaders to deliver stellar customer service
Qualifications
U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred)Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Minimum of 7 years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience with a focus on client solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leadersAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentExperience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)Must be able to work remotelyExperience with SQL, scripting, and Relativity templates and applicationsProficiency in Microsoft applicationsIdeally, you will also have
Relativity Certified Administrator or other certificationsFederal Agency issued security clearanceUnderstanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environmentsOur Commitment
