What You'll Be Doing :

• Be the go-to expert on broker connectivity-turning workflows into seamless API integrations.
• Partner with product, IT, and underwriting teams to bring ideas to life.
• Onboard brokers, build enablement playbooks, and drive adoption of our new digital platform.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of performance and turn data into action.
• Be the voice of the broker-gather feedback, advocate for enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
