Riverside Academy is seeking to hire Specialized Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

to work with children with developmental disabilities and special needs. The role involves

planning and facilitating activities, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment, and working

collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities :

• Implement the daily schedule for the youth in your care.
• Arrange and provide transportation for youth as needed.
• Ensure a safe and supervised living environment for the youth.
• Prepare and serve regular, nutritious meals.
• Perform routine housekeeping and occasional deep cleaning of the facility.
• Document youth self-administration of medications.
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance requests.
• Be familiar with and adhere to all current policies and procedures.
• Understand and execute emergency and disaster procedures.
