At Koops, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly — from sourcing and organizing components to delivering them on time to our project teams. This department directly supports our mission to build high-quality custom automation by controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take on a working management role, spending approximately 60% of your time on direct project work and 40% on leadership and coordination activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time — all while promoting organization, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, organize, and distribute components for project teams
  • Support cost control and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Promote and uphold Koops’ Core Values in every interaction
  • Lead the regional supply chain team members

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a leader — someone who enjoys hands-on work while guiding others toward success.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skill set, management experience preferred
  • Passion for supply chain operations
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • ​​​​​​​4 year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
  • ​​​​​​​5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
