What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door, educating homeowners on Vivint’s smart home and security systems.
- Generate leads, close sales, and help families protect what matters most.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and skill development to become a top producer.
- Advance into leadership roles, earning team overrides, residual income, and potential company equity opportunities as you grow.
What We’re Looking For
Motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous sales or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.Positive attitude and drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.Compensation
Commission-only with uncapped earnings potential.1st Year Reps : $60,000 – $100,000+ potential.Top Performers : $150,000 + annually.Leadership bonuses, overrides, and equity opportunities available for qualifying candidates.Job Type :
