A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist, Advanced Therapeutics / Biologics.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and adherence monitoring
Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications and supervise pharmacy technicians
Conduct drug usage evaluations and manage medication inventory for cost-effective therapy
Required Qualifications :
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with 3 years of hospital experience
Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
Preferred ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1)
Preferred Pharm.D. degree with a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements
