Home Health Manager (Days) – Leadership Role – Indianapolis Metro Area

Lead home health care with purpose in this full-time, daytime leadership role within a respected regional health network. Based in the Indianapolis metro area, this position offers stability, mission-driven work, and an opportunity to oversee in-home patient care teams.

Shift Details :

Full-time, salaried role

Standard schedule approximately 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start between 7 8 a.m., end around 4 5 p.m.)

No weekend or on-call expectations

Your Role :

Oversee day-to-day operations of home health services in the Central Division

Supervise nursing, therapy, and support staff; ensure compliance and standards of care

Collaborate with leadership to drive patient satisfaction and operational excellence

Support documentation, training (e.g. Oasis), and regulatory requirements
