Your impact

  • Lead daily output : Direct line workers, machine operators, and material techs to meet schedule commitments.
  • Raise the bar on quality : Collaborate with Quality and processing techs to meet company and customer specs.
  • Develop people : Train on role expectations, safety best practices, and company policy.
  • Protect uptime : Verify proper operation, coordinate preventive maintenance, and expedite repairs.

    • Do you have what it takes?

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; plastics processing experience preferred (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming).
  • Strong leadership, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication; comfortable with changing priorities.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

  • Job Type : Full-time

    • Schedule :

  • Morning : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm
  • Afternoon : 4 : 00 pm to 12 : 00 am
  • Night : 12 : 00 am to 8 : 00 am
  • Salary : $25–$30 hourly DOE
  • Pay Frequency : Biweekly
  • Supplemental pay types : Bonus pay; Signing bonus
