Role Description

This full-time role for a Real Estate Agent is based in Gilbert, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing exceptional customer service, and using their expertise to guide clients through real estate transactions. Daily tasks include showing properties, negotiating deals, marketing listings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values. An exceptional candidate should have their own book of business and want to expand their level of client experience, income & skills working with clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License for a minimum of 3 years and an average of 12-15 transactions per year.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• 5 Star reviews on Google, Zillow, REALTOR.com or other real estate recognized portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the Gilbert and southeast valley real estate market.
• Other business, marketing, or a related field experience is beneficial.
