Job descriptionMonitor and manage communications for incidents and emergencies within the location, coordinating with staff and responding agencies as appropriate. Dispatch appropriate personnel in response to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance, following established procedures and site-specific policies. Document and log all incidents, dispatches, and communications accurately and thoroughly for future reference and reporting. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points via electronic systems and / or direct communication. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from site personnel and visitors in a professional manner. Support Allied Universal operations by following security-related procedures and protocols tailored to a financial institution environment. Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities as needed, maintaining composure and a problem-solving approach during critical situations. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
