Production Worker - Exterior / Siding / Roofing

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as a Shingle installer : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Properly fasten shingles to roof
• Install necessary equipment through the roof according to home's order (i.e. furnace stack)
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Stock materials as needed
