White Pine Senior Living is seeking a CNA / Caregiver for our Inver Grove Heights location. Our vision is to serve people and serve them better than anywhere else. Caregiver responsibilities may include : + Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. + Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. + Document services performed. + Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents. + Assist residents with personal care which may include the following : shampooing of hair, assist with showering / bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration. + Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner. + Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis. + Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications : + No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided. + High school diploma or equivalency required. + Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently. + Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
