As the Resident Services Coordinator, you will play an essential role in helping our community operate smoothly. You will support staff scheduling, assist with resident and family needs, and help create a warm, welcoming experience for visitors and prospective residents. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates well, and enjoys providing exceptional support and service.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate staffing schedules for caregiving and health services team members to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Assist residents, families, and visitors by responding to questions and supporting care-related communication.
• Conduct and coordinate community tours to showcase the warmth, hospitality, and care our community provides.
• Support new employee onboarding and help maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Health Services Director and leadership team to support daily community operations.
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold Via Elegante's core values in all interactions.
