Position Overview

A Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring products and services meet the highest standards and customer requirements. This position focuses on thorough inspection and testingespecially of electronic components and traditional materials like metal and glassthroughout various stages of the manufacturing process. You'll leverage your knowledge of inspection techniques, multimeters, calipers, and computer-based quality tools to identify deviations, document findings, and collaborate with the team to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections and tests on raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products (electronics, metal, and glass).
• Use and understand multimeters, calipers, and other precision tools to measure, test, and evaluate products.
• Follow drawings and schematics to inspect for conformance to specifications.
• Document inspection results, test data, and non-conformities; prepare clear and concise reports.
• Identify and communicate defects, damages, or process deviations to relevant departments.
• Participate in investigations for non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive actions.
• Safely handle and move products within the facility, abiding by safety and quality standards.
• Support internal / external audits and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Stay updated on quality control methods, technology, and industry best practices.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and a culture of quality and urgency.
• Clearly articulate your inspection process and tool usage (calipers, multimeters) during technical discussions.
