About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of water / wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing water and / or wastewater plant construction projects.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of water / wastewater process systems, civil / structural works, and mechanical / electrical installations.Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.).Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).PMP or PE license preferred but not required.Compensation and Benefits
