Job Description

Contacts and schedules patient / client's appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies and / or diagnostic tests. Sets-up and maintains files and records. Collects and organizes statistical reports.

Job Responsibility

Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and / or diagnostic tests.

Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.

Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.

Sets-up files and maintains records.

Provides incoming and in-process orientation.

Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and / or guidance.

Job Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

Fluency in English and Spanish, highly preferred.

Prior experience working with the LGBTQIA+ and MSM population.

Strong Communication skills.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

The salary range and / or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and / or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $36,980-$55,690 / year
