Home Health Aide - Flexible Hours, Weekly Pay, Start Immediately!

We’re seeking agile, dedicated On-Call Home Health Aides (HHAs) who will be the heart of the care we provide. This role comes with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives by helping them recover safely at home. Provide personal care and support, including ambulation, transfers, ostomy care, assistance with medical equipment and self-administered medication.

Monitor vital signs, observe and report client conditions, and follow infection control protocols.

Assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, fluid intake, and light housekeeping.

Collaborate with HHA Supervisors to ensure efficient, high-quality care.

Must be available to work from 12 : 00pm – 8 : 00pm and E / O weekend.

Willingness to work both long-hour cases and multiple short-hour cases. (You may choose your preferred workdays.

Completion of a New York State Department of Health–approved HHA Training Program (or equivalent).

Two (2) years of work experience preferred.
