Foreclosure Paralegal Processor

Job Description

Kluever Law Group, a boutique Chicago law firm, is currently seeking a new member to join our team and work within our Foreclosure / Mortgage Servicing Practice Group.

This role operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry, serving large financial institutions. Meeting tight deadlines and adhering to compliance standards are essential.

• The position will be mostly remote, with potential on-site tasks and / or meetings at our downtown office as business demands dictate.
• Strong candidates will be able to work independently and be comfortable with a heavy focus on working within case management systems.

Schedule

Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-6 : 00pm, but we are willing to accommodate and provide reasonable flexibility.

Identify and escalate unusual or complex issues to supervising attorneys and clients.

Experience and Skills :

As our clients are federally regulated financial institutions, strict compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and system processes is required.

Must be comfortable taking the initiative to promptly collaborate with and seek help and input from supervisors, managers, and attorneys.

Must be a self-starter, dependable and reliable.

After training is completed, you must have the ability to work independently and prioritize various tasks on the workload
