Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN to join a dedicated healthcare team in Westminster, MD. This travel contract is perfect for nurses who thrive in autonomous roles and enjoy building one-on-one relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-home assessments and administer nursing care

Ensure timely and thorough documentation using Homecare Homebase

Coordinate care with physicians and other care team members

Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans

Maintain compliance with agency policies and Joint Commission standards

Qualifications :

Active Maryland RN license

2+ years of recent home health experience

Homecare Homebase proficiency required

BLS certification through AHA

Reliable transportation and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
