We’re searching for a Tech Lead Manager for the Perception Team .

In this role, you will

• Be responsible for leading a team that owns a deployed ML subcomponent of the perception system.

This will include defining technical direction for the team, setting and executing against milestones, allocating resources and owning all aspects of a deployed production ML model - from metrics and ML research to on-road execution and performance.

The base salary range for this position is $189K - $302K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
