What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Conduct screening of individuals entering the location, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established protocols.

Perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with work environments and conditions varying by site.

Document observations and incidents in detailed reports, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal management and site representatives.

Assist visitors and employees with questions and directions, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
