Compensation & Benefits :

  • High Earning Potential : $482,442 Base Salary + RVU Production Bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus : $40,000
  • Relocation Assistance : $10,000-$15,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Dental, vision, health, life, retirement with matching, tuition reimbursement, etc.

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : M.D. or D.O.
  • Certifications : Board certified in Ophthalmology
  • Licensure : State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
  • Skillset : Ophthalmologist
  • Experience : Ideally, a minimum of 1-2 years
