Job Summary

We're hiring a Plumbing Sales & Estimator to help grow our commercial plumbing business. You'll identify and build client relationships, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and support projects from bid through close-out. Typical projects range from $50K to $1.5M across public and private sectors with gross profit goals of 20%-50%. Success in this position requires initiative, technical knowledge, and a focus on creating mutually beneficial project outcomes for both clients and the company.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Develop and pursue project opportunities through relationships, networking, and bid invitations
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals that meet profit goals (20%–50%)
• Collaborate with field and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for scope accuracy
• Maintain strong vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships
