We’re currently hiring for the position of Resident Assistant.

No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level opportunity, and we’re committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed and grow as a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities Help seniors with their personal cares including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming.

Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, trash removal, etc.

Pass medications and supervise the resident's self-administration as directed.

Observe residents and report changes in physical and emotional condition.

Assist with meals and provide feeding assistance if needed.

Encourage and assist residents to participate in established activity programs.

Provide redirection and use behavior management techniques as needed.

Shift / Hours

• Day :
• 6a–2 : 30p | 32 hours per week | Including every other weekend
• Afternoon / Overnight : One position working a mix of 2p–10 : 30p and 10p–6 : 30a | 32 hours per week | Including every other weekend Or two positions : one covering 2p–10 : 30p , the other 10p–6 : 30a | 24 hours per week each | Including every other weekend Pay Rates : Resident Assistant $20 - $22 CNA $22 - $24 - Shift differentials for overnights and weekends! - Tuition reimbursement is available for post-secondary nursing degree programs. - We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire.  For employees hired at 30+ hours / week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, as well as dental and vision insurance.  Full-time employees (40 hours / week) receive paid holidays!
• Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
• In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
