13 weeks, Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
No guarantee FT available
30 units per week
HH and HCHB required
on call every other week Saturday through Friday, with coverage from Grand Rapids West of 131 and over as far as Montague to Holland
Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
