Position Overview
Embassy Homecare Services is seeking a dependable and people-centered
Client Services & Staffing Liaison to support client recruitment, caregiver coordination, and service quality monitoring.
This role serves as the key connection between clients, caregivers, and company leadershipensuring smooth communication, consistent follow-up, and high standards of care.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident managing both client relationships and caregiver accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Relationship Management
- Receive and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required information
- Conduct periodic home visits to clients for check-ins, service reviews, and support
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- Report client concerns, service issues, or changes in care needs to management
Staffing Coordination & Monitoring
- Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules, assignments, and expectations
- Follow up with staff to confirm attendance, performance, and job completion
- Monitor caregiver conduct and professionalism during service delivery
- Address minor issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary
- Support caregiver onboarding and orientation follow-ups
Recruitment & Growth Support
- Assist with recruiting new caregivers and clients
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective hires and clients
- Track recruitment progress and provide updates to leadership
- Support client retention through consistent communication and service follow-up
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
- Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction and staff performance
- Support compliance-related documentation as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Experience in homecare, healthcare, staffing, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit client homes
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using phone, email, and basic office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
