Neoload Performance Tester

We have two divisions : 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). We are currently hiring a Performance Tester to support one of our LARGEST and long-standing Blue Cross Blue Shield partner!

Summary : The Performance Test Engineer will support the migration of test scripts from LoadRunner to Tricentis NeoLoad.

Location : Hybrid, 2-3 times a month onsite in Reston, VA. Candidates MUST reside in a commutable distance.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests
• Performance testing experience using LoadRunner
• Experience with performance any monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)
