Senior Civil Engineer

Location : Tulsa, OK (Relocation Assistance Available)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to join their multi-state civil design practice. Youll lead site-development projects across local, regional and national markets (lower 48 states), serving Federal, municipal, retail, commercial, healthcare and industrial clients. This role offers both technical leadership on large, multi-discipline programs and mentorship of junior engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of site development projects : scope definition, feasibility studies, design proposals, engineering reports and construction-phase support

Develop and maintain QA / QC checklists, production drawing templates and Civil 3D modeling standards

Prepare cost estimates and proposals; participate in client presentations and city / county development reviews

Coordinate with geotechnical and survey teams; conduct site visits and document existing conditions

Mentor civil designers and technicians; drive continuous improvement in workflows and standards

Qualifications

Bachelors (or Masters) Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Professional Engineer (PE) license in multiple states (required)

5-10 years of site-civil design experience, including architectural / build -environment projects

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong understanding of local codes, industry illustration standards and Federal Facility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients and regulators

Comfortable estimating fees, preparing proposals and accommodating occasional overnight travel
