Compensation : Our pay is a competitive performance-based commission structure, to include commission on retail and an hourly base pay.

What will I be doing?

As an On-Call Massage Therapist at Eilan Hotel & Spa in San Antonio, TX you will :

• Provide guests with professional treatments, demonstrating respect and concern for their needs.
• Ensure punctuality by arriving early to prepare for your shift.
• Utilize products efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure room cleanliness.
• Educate guests on in-home care products and promote the benefits of regular spa services.
• Learn and perform all treatments on the Spa menu.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and spa experiences.
• Build and maintain a regular clientele, promoting member referral and guest programs.
• Keep the treatment room clean and restocked, assist with laundry, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
