    Job Description

    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar and inbox management
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials to executive standards
    • Organize and support board meetings, leadership offsites, and industry events
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless operations
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams

      The Successful Applicant

    • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in luxury, beauty, fashion, or high-growth
    • industries
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Polished communication style and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with high-profile stakeholders
    • Highly discreet and professional, able to handle sensitive information with confidence
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate executive needs
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms
