Graphic Design Specialist

A company is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist (Flex Location).

Key Responsibilities :

Design, update, and publish a variety of print and digital assets to the Marketing Help Center, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines

Review and complete Custom Creative Requests submitted by franchisees in a timely manner

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill design requests and support cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a graphic design or creative support role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)

Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines

Experience working with internal stakeholders and / or clients in a support capacity is preferred
