Full-Time Paramedic

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Paramedic!

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000

This generous bonus applies only to new full-time Paramedic hires and is not available to existing American Medical Response employees. Please contact Human Resources for details and requirements related to the bonus agreement.

Commitment : A two-year commitment agreement with the company may apply. Eligibility for rehired employees will depend on the duration of service break.

Position Summary : As a Paramedic, your mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care in both basic and advanced capacities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess each call to determine the most appropriate actions and protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
• Apply triage skills to enhance efficiency during emergency calls.
• Provide patient care following established clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Lift and transport patients effectively to ensure optimal care.
• Communicate with receiving facilities for medical direction and critical information sharing.
• Conduct additional responsibilities as outlined in the job description.

Salary Range : $28.40 - $39.71 per hour, depending on experience (based on a 12-hour shift over an average of 42 hours per week).
