Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment

Develop and improve courses in collaboration with instructional designers and faculty

Oversee curriculum and lead initiatives to enhance student success and program assessment

Required Qualifications

Earned terminal degree in a relevant discipline

Applied professional experience in the field preferred

Experience in teaching and curriculum development, especially in virtual environments

Strong organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead programmatic initiatives and mentor faculty
