About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Director of Fundraising and Development! We are seeking a creative and high-energy leader with a strong passion for our mission. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, actively engage with our valued donors, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to elevate our organization’s visibility and brand.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, possesses a proven track record in donor engagement, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You will represent our organization at key events, maintain an engaging social media presence, and explore opportunities for outreach to new communities and potential donors.

To excel in this role, you should have 3-5+ years of experience in a development department, emphasizing donor relationships. A commitment to our values and mission is essential, along with a professional demeanor that reflects those principles. Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are critical, as is familiarity with CRM software.

You will collaborate closely with the US Board of Directors, the Israeli network, and other stakeholders to drive our strategic growth while keeping informed on developments and opportunities within our network. Please note that occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required within the US and to Israel.
