Responsibilities

Drive the development of a research-focused level strategy at short-, mid- and long-term horizons in line with overall portfolio strategy and translate it into tactical actions for direct execution.

Develop and refine expertise in the assigned research area and corresponding markets; analyze customer and competitive landscapes and inform decision-making.

Ensure customer-focused initiatives align with overall portfolio goals to deliver solutions to customers in assigned research markets.

Implement and support go-to-market activities across all channels and activities, manage product life cycle, pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and portfolio curation.

Work closely with Technical Product Manager to build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to gather insights and strengthen product positioning.

Qualifications

BA, BSc or equivalent experience in a life science or related field with 5+ years of post-educational experience in product / portfolio management, R&D, or related area.

Strong business acumen and life science market knowledge; proven success implementing business priorities across multiple channels and organizational levels.

Analytical mindset with experience applying data-driven decisions to pricing, product data, and performance monitoring.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication, and project management and process improvement skills.

Additional Requirements

Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills

Experience using advanced analysis / visualization tools such as Tableau.

Advanced degrees such as Ph.D., MD, or MBA.

Ability to work with a global team and support customers across varying global market environments.

Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 annually, with bonus / incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k).
