Job descriptionMaster’s degree in counseling or related field Ability to work effectively with people and aid them in adjusting to their specific challenges. Ability to identify the needs of clients and to gain their confidence and cooperation in assisting them to obtain their identified goals. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, other members of staff, outside agencies, institutions and the general public. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to successfully work with others from various cultures and backgrounds. Ability to organize a caseload and navigate our administrative system. Maintain valid license (if applicable) and appropriate professional certificates and credentials. Provide and maintain liability insurance.

TRUE NORTH COUNSELING SERVICES, LLC is looking for a Licensed or Pre-licensed clinician to join our team. We provide in-person or remote counseling services from our private practice in Wilmington, Delaware. We are a faith based Christian organization looking for individuals sharing a Biblical worldview.
We provide :
- Support including clinical supervision
- Administrative services and billing.
- If licensed we facilitate credentialing process with our insurance providers : BC / BS of Delaware, Health Options, Amerihealth, and Aetna
- Professional office space.
- Referrals.
- Flexible hours with in-person or online capacity.
