We are seeking an independent, self-motivated individual to take on the role of client manager, overseeing all aspects of client relationships. This person should be comfortable engaging with clients on a regular basis, providing guidance on the financial implications of significant business decisions through phone calls and celebrating their successes through in-person meetings.

Responsibilities :
Providing exceptional client service through communication, a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of dutiesOnboarding new clients including clean-up work before handing off monthly financial statement preparation responsibilities to staff.Ability to discuss financial results and planning with a variety of clients and industries (focusing on non-profit organizations) and background providing controller level or CFO advisory services (including ratio analysis, technical accounting guidance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling).Delegation, training, and prioritization of tasks and responsibilities to staff, including follow-up to ensure timely & accurate completion in accordance with associated budgetsReview of staff and senior level work, including general ledger transactions, adjusting journal entries, prepared financial statements, account reconciliations, and depreciation schedulesPreparation and review of financial statementsSoftware implementation and / or conversionEntering general ledger transactions and adjusting journal entries accuratelyBalance sheet account reconciliation (or review)Fixed asset and depreciation schedule maintenanceBill payment processingSales and use tax calculations and compliancePayroll processing, calculations, and complianceMonthly CloseClient Audit SupportRequirements :

Casual but professional office environment, work / life integration, client contact, award winning culture. Colorado Casual dress code. The position is full time M-F.
Annual base compensation : $110k-$130k with semi-annual performance bonuses.
Benefits : Group medical / dental, 401k with company match, generous PTO / company holidays, wellbeing and mental health program. The office is in Littleton, CO and flexible / hybrid work schedules are available. The position reports to the CAS Director.
