Credit Management Representative

A company is looking for a Credit Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage credit balance for multiple clients, including researching and resolving patient accounts

Prepare and submit refund requests with necessary documentation and correct contractual adjustments

Identify trends and escalate issues to management while adhering to client-specific workflows

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

1 year of experience in insurance collections, credit balance management, or payment posting

1-3 years of experience in Physician / Professional billing

Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and EOB interpretation

Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
