Vice President Of Sales

A growing organization is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to join its executive team. This strategic leader will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage key accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize data and market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company objectives.

Ideal Candidate :

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-value retail partner accounts.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
