Position Summary :

The Pharmacy Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the implementation and execution of pharmacy programs and processes. This position ensures smooth operations by assisting pharmacy staff and maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the pharmacy team in executing daily operations and program-related tasks.
• Determine member eligibility for the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) through thorough review and documentation.
• Assist in resolving member issues identified during outreach calls, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member experience and program efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for fellow Pharmacy Care Coordinators, offering guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
