Bakery Manager

Seeking a Bakery Manager to join our growing team prior to our opening in Pasadena!  Looking for a manager that will oversee our Bakery Operation that supplies multiple locations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily baking and prep for breads, pastries, and other items
• Manage production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent quality and supply
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Order, track, and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering efficiency and speed
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development, specials and holiday preorders
• Ability to produce new menu items in a timely manner
• Produce creative product
• Holding the quality of the food to the highest standard by regularly monitoring prep and tasting the food
